2.3 Blockchain Data

Transactions on the Polygon blockchain are public and permanent. This includes wallet addresses, transaction hashes, NFT ownership, and payment amounts. We do not control this data.

  • Process PayPal payouts for email-based users

  • Arweave: Permanent storage of encrypted skill content
  • Polygon Network: Blockchain transaction processing
  • PayPal: Payment processing for email users
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Bot prevention and security
  • Analytics providers: Usage analysis and improvement

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

5.1 Encryption

  • Skill content is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
  • All communications use TLS encryption
  • Custodial wallet private keys are encrypted with a master key

5.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, firewalls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years after deletion for legal compliance
  • Blockchain Data: Permanent and immutable on the Polygon network
  • Arweave Storage: Permanent by design (200+ years)
  • Usage Logs: Retained for up to 2 years
  • PayPal Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data

Note: Due to blockchain immutability, we cannot delete data stored on Polygon or Arweave. This includes published skills, NFT ownership records, and transaction history.

We do not sell personal information.
